Agile integration in the Cloud
This workshop brings together a more complex environment with multiple services, multiple open technologies, containers, middleware solutions and demonstrates how agile integration can provide interesting results with some of the existing IT investments previously made by an organization.
In showcasing application development in the Cloud with technologies like containers, Java, business rules, services, container platforms, and agile integration, you're given a real hands-on experience.
You're immersed in the role of lead developer of the Destinasia travel discount project to set up the development environment as a local private Cloud to validate container-based application services deployments and agile integration solutions.
Once it's set up, you're going to be validating the agile integration services using end-to-end testing.
Tasks include installing a private Cloud based on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP), JBoss Business Rules Management System (BRMS), several containerized web services and testing the solution using a REST client.
